Session duration is maximum 50 min scheduled on a first-come-first serve basis regarding appointment availability.

To book a session, please contact me regarding available time slots.

Once an appointment time has been finalized, I will email you an administrative intake form that you will need to complete and send back to me in order to finalize your booking.

Please note that a full consultation fee will be charged unless appointments are cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.  The patient is directly responsible for this fee and it will not be claimed from the medical aid.
